    Xbox Glass not working on iPhone 5 after latest update


    It seems a lot of people are having this issue but just to be sure I'll post it here.

    Since the latest update the xbox one smart glass is useless on my iPhone 5.

    Clicking on messages you get a never ending loading screen and after that the app crashes.

    There's a new update coming on to solve this?

    Xbox app not working

    My xbox app is not working even tho ive deleted it and restarted my phone alot of times it dosent work.Each time i try to get on it it always kicks me out. My phone is a iphone 5 s and it has the latest update.

    unable to use smart glass for netflix with the new xbox dashboard

    just got the update and i cant use my iphone 6 xbox one smart glass when in the app netflix everything is connected i can do everything on the dashboard with the smart glass app just when im in netflix i cant use it the only function that was working while
    in the netflix app is to go home button which brings u to the dashboard, i cant move or select or use any buttons on the smart glass when netflix is open

    Yes, as soon as I try to have smart glass communicate to the game it shows that message.

    I'm using an iPhone 5 but have tried an iPad as well as iPhone 4 and none have worked.

    Same problem. Re-downloaded smart glass on my iphone to play the game and it says "there's a problem starting this experience". Really sucks.

    Remote play only works when I’m on the same network now.

    App version on my iPhone = 2211.2.10

    Both Xbox and iPhone have the latest updates. The problem was happening before and after the latest updates.

    I can’t connect the console to a different network. I only have one at the house but it worked before.

    I have tried using data and different wifi networks for the phone though.

    NAT type is open
