Xbox gives me an error when I try to install apps.

I recently got an Xbox One S, it is brand new, I turned it on, loged in with my account and installed some games with no problem, but when I tried to install YouTube and netflix it goes: Installation Stopped, Installation Stopped over and over until I
cancel the installation, the error code is 0x80072f8f, it says that it's an xbox live connection problem, but that doesn't make any sense, I download games with no problem, I play with my friends every time using the voice chat, but when I try to install any
app from the store it gives me this error. I've tried to factory reset the console, change accounts, change region and language, use hard wired connection, but nothing works, I'm really sad because I wanted to see some netflix on it, but it refuses to install
any app, even the blu-ray player!

Hey there thanks for the update.

In an effort to be absolutely thorough, we suggest power cycling the Network Hardware (router and modem) by unplugging them from the power for a
full 5 minutes. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes since this step would best determine the next best step to take on this peculiar issue.

I have reseted everything, pluged everything back, made shure it was all working but it didn't solve the problem.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to use your console normally.

I would say that if you have already done a soft reset, then you might want to try a full factory reset next. One that removes everything. If that does not help, I would say that your console could be in need of servicing. If you would like to get that set
up, you can always do so by visiting our
device support portal, or contacting
customer support directly to have an agent help you with that as well.

Yeah there is definitively something wrong with my console, as I said I tried the soft and full factory reset, changed locations, changed accounts and nothing works.

and since the issue could be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
Factory Reset<
(while keeping games and apps)
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.

The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup
lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

It didn't work. It's doing the same thing :/
