    Xbox gilded bundle not letting me claim.


    I bought an Xbox series s with the rocket league, fortnite and fall guys bundle. It won't allow me to claim them. I've followed all previous instructions from previous people that have asked the question and nothing is working. It goes to a grey screen with 3 white dots and then nothing. I have cleared cache, reset, restarted, left it on the screen for hours and nothing. It's a nightmare for my autistic son. I will send it back if it doesn't work

    i claimed the gilded hunter pack on the wrong Xbox account and didn't realize i did at the time so i made my account after because it was on my parents account but it didn't claim for me so i didn't get the items on my account but got them on my parents account and i would like to transfer it to my xbox account

    Hi Ziggy, I'm looking into this problem as well myself, I've encountered online were people say you can't, and I've seen online where people been able to get it without having to purchase the Xbox meaning they've been given the skin without problem. So I believe there may be a way of doing it but there's a big possibility that it's not possible
