Xbox Gifting - Settings and problems!

I was using the integrated group feature for the first time on my Xbox series X yesterday, when a person who was mentally handicapped joined me. Within about five minutes of playing he had sent me a digital game. It gave me no options to accept or reject the gift. I also cannot find a way to contact anyone at xbox to get it refunded to him. I do not feel good about this and do not understand how to fix it.

Upon a google search it looks like there used to be an option to not accept gifts from people, it looks like this option was removed. I can't imagine why there isn't a feature for this? This person was an alright person and wasn't being terrible but obviously really wanted a friend and I had to block him for fear he was going to keep sending things.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? I want to make sure he's refunded for the game he sent me and I'd like to be able to disable the ability for people to send me gifts (at least without me accepting or rejecting them anyways)!

I don't recall the Xbox 360 marketplace has an option to buy a gift for someone. Only the Xbox One store. Where did the person who gifted you the game buy the code from and how was the code given?

Once you redeem a code to your account whether on your PC or on the Xbox, the code won't be able to be redeemed again. You either redeem it online or you redeem it on the console.

Check you purchase history on your Xbox 360 to check for the redeemed game so you can start the download.

When I click on the button to set the $5 Amazon gift card as a goal, the system tells me there is a problem, and to try again at a later time.
