    I mistakenly redeemed two xbox gift voucher codes to my (parent) account. I need to cancel the redemption and redeem in my child's account. Can I do this? How can I do this? Thanks for your help.

    Eu gift card redeeming in uk?

    Just bought an instant EU gift card voucher, redeemed it on my xbox one and it says i need to change the location associated with my account. So if i just change my account to Ireland i should be able to use it then? Otherwise that's £20 wasted.

    You would have to try contacting support to see if they can do anything, otherwise nothing can be transferred between accounts. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    There is no longer an option to transfer Microsoft Rewards points to Family members. If you're looking to use Microsoft Rewards to get some money into family members' accounts, the best you can do is redeem your points for a voucher and gift the voucher to your family member.

    Hello, I got given them as Xbox gift card, but when I try to pay on the Xbox it didn’t give me a Microsoft account payment option? Just my card/paypal/redeem voucher or Apple Pay? But if I use the £100 to buy say modern warfare what will happen to the remainder £30 ? If it’s just using the voucher code not Microsoft balance ?
