    Xbox Gift Cards Issue


    So I went to pre order battlefield 2042. Before that I had purchased $18 worth of gift cards and after I purchased all of it went to my actual card and still had $18 of the gift cards left. I got charged like $62 when it shouldve been like $44 not including tax. Does the gift card money come out when the full game releases or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any help.

    Welcome to the Xbox family and sorry to hear you are having issues with your gift card. First off check this Troubleshoot
    gift card and code issues     support page link.

    Can I ask did you buy from the Microsoft store or from a different retailer. If it is a different retailer, go back to them and make them aware immediately there is an issue with the card.
