    I just bought a 15$ gift card from JB hifi and it says code has been redeemed but I did not redeem it I tried contacting Xbox but it just say we need more info and won’t let me contact them I’m not even sure if the see this or what this is but I don’t want
    to have wasted 15$ Please help

    Why can’t we use Microsoft account balance to purchase digital xbox gift card?

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.

    There is xbox live game pass gift cards same with xbox live gold gift cards. Currency gift cards can't really play for subscription payments.

    Hi RickArnold1,

    You cannot use a gift card to buy another gift card. Such as Xbox. As it don't work that way. You have to either have physical money (like a credit card) to buy things on the Xbox store or buy an Xbox gift card in the stores.

    Again, you cannot do it with a gift card
