Discus and support Xbox gift card in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so I just received a Xbox card as a gift and just scratched it off.     so I just received a Xbox card as a gift and just scratched it off. But when I enter it in it says code is not found and Ii re entered it many times... and my other one worked perfectly.

    This is happening to me right now. It just say Token not found and the error code doesn´t exists in the error code list.

    Why can’t we use Microsoft account balance to purchase digital xbox gift card?

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.

    There is xbox live game pass gift cards same with xbox live gold gift cards. Currency gift cards can't really play for subscription payments.

    You cannot use a gift card to buy another gift card. Such as Xbox. As it don't work that way. You have to either have physical money (like a credit card) to buy things on the Xbox store or buy an Xbox gift card in the stores.

    Again, you cannot do it with a gift card
