Xbox gift card unreadable!!

Is this issue still happening? Have you attempted to return the gift card to the store you bought it for an exchange? If not, let me know.

there should be a phone number on the back of the card, or on the receipt. Gift cards are sold by third-party is and they are responsible for their proper distribution just as if Best Buy sold you a physical game.

Is the whole code unreadable or just partly?

Did you purchase the gift card from a large retailer?

In these situations it’s very unlikely there is anything support will be able to do as there is no way of verifying the gift card other than it’s unique code.
