    Xbox Gift card troubles for 11 days now


    I've been trying to redeem a code for a $25 xbox gift card since last Saturday and it has not worked at all on console redeeming it and when I tried online to redeem it. It just doesn't work. And on Tuesday, I brought the card back and bought a different
    one and it still doesn't work. The first error message through Friday was that something went wrong when getting my code, try again later. And now, Saturday and today, Sunday I'm getting that "Code not found. Try re-entering it. If that doesn't work, contact
    the merchant." I need help!

    Sunset Overdrive $10 XBOX Live Gift Card

    Pre-ordered Sunset Overdrive from the Microsoft Store and never received my $10 gift card. It's been nearly 3 weeks, 11 days past the "10 day" e-mail window. Received e-mails regarding DLC but no gift card code.

    Can you remove all the gifts from friends currently waiting to be collected on my accounts please?

    Still haven't been able to send gifts or redeem the ones sent to me, for over 11 days now.

    I'm sorry to heart that happened. Would this happen to be a Microsoft Account Credit Gift Card?

    If so, unfortunately there wouldn't be a way to cancel or transfer the gift card from one account to the other.

    Now, there may be a way around the situation. You may attempt to buy the item you wanted as a gift with the gift card and send it to your main account.

    Your gift cards won't be voided if you get Ultimate now. The remained of the time you have left from your gift cards will be upgraded to Ultimate. So for example, if you have 10 months of Gold left and you buy 1 month of Ultimate, you'll have 11 months of Ultimate.
