    Hello, I have a friend who recently was going to buy something off of someone for a game for X amount of money on xbox gift cards. He bought them from Best Buy and was scammed by that person. Is he able to get a refund and get those cards voided by Microsoft
    or Best Buy to get his money back? Thank you

    I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "1,000 Microsoft gift card". If you are meaning $1000 Microsoft Gift Card(not sure where you've seen this), then I would assume its a "scam", as Microsoft only sells Gift Cards from $1 - $100 .

    Hello so person was basically given cards that weren't actually purchased? If so it's nothing st all you can do. Only way it would be resolved is if cards were actually purchased and you had a receipt to confirm.
