I'd also check your Microsoft Account page,
under Payments & Billing > Order History and verify the status of the order. See if there is anything listed there. If there is something out of the ordinary, you can click "Get Order Help" underneath the order details for how best to contact support
to resolve the issues you're seeing.

You'll want to contact
Microsoft Store support so they can check into it for you.

· Step 1 ----select Xbox One

· Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes

· Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support or chat

Thanks for letting us know you received the code. It can take a while sometimes, for codes to be sent. Typically you do receive them right away but it can take up to 24 hours in some cases.

Guys i wanted to update it after 12+ hours after purchase i have finally got my code i havent had this much trouble over such a small thing if i had known this i wouldnt do it at all cause it has been all for nothing since what i wanted to buy is now double
the price just because microsoft doesnt got their [mod removed] right

there goes my money and my will to play on xbox i hope someone can fix this for me that i can have like the item i wanted and my balance taken if not...
