    Hi xbox, I Recently bought a gift card for $15 and when I redeemed it it said the code was not yet active. Please can you fix this active code or add the $15 onto my account as it would be very helpful I have the code next to me which is 9993JHWPYTW9PPJ6YYYVK73Z. Fixing this would help a lot thank you!

    If you have already contacted Walmart and they said they couldn't activate it, please give it 24 hours because inactive codes can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be activated. If it still hasn't been activated after 24 hours, you may want to try contacting Microsoft Xbox Support for further assistance.

    take it back to Walmart, they didn't activate one of the cards so it is their responsibility.

    You would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from to see if they can activate it. If they say it's activated, you'll need to contact support. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us You should never post codes on a public forum as anyone could take them.
