    My son received several Xbox gift cards but when we went to scratch off to reveal the code it removed most of the code and cannot be redeemed.

    I am very frustrated as when I first spoke to someone they said we needed proof of purchase. These were a gift and didn't have the receipt. Finally contacted the family member who purchased them we now have a receipt but it is not itemized so no where on
    it does it say Xbox Gift Cards.

    Where do I go to get an actual person to help me figure this out. There is no way I am letting this guy there are $40 worth of gift cards.

    yes, gift cards work on the xbox. He'll buy the gift card and redeem the code on his xbox account.

    The £10 must be either on a card that says "Xbox Gift Card £10" or you must purchase an Xbox digital gift card code on Amazon for £10 that you redeem here:
    https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter

    You can't redeem Amazon gift cards or currency in Amazon accounts for currency in your Microsoft/Xbox account - you must buy an Xbox Gift Card (or code) with that money on it.

    How to gift a giftcard that you redeemed on microsoft rewards.

    If it's a gift card that sends you a code, then you would just give them the code. If it's like an Xbox gift card, those are automatically deposited into your account so you can't gift those.
