    Xbox get's stuck


    Hello,

    I own an xbox S 500GB and this is the third time I’m contacting the support.

    On January 2020 I started encountering issues

    It was that every time I started the device it opened with the last game I played and got stuck. For 30sec I couldn’t do anything and then the device restarted itself and came back to life.

    The device was reseted to factory defaults.

    On March 2020 I contacted your support again with the same issue.

    Again I’ve sent the device for 3 weeks and the support told me that because it’s the second time they will replace the device with a refurbished device.

    On June 2020 I contacted support again with a new issue.

    After about 10 minutes of gametime the device get’s stuck (including sound) and after a few seconds the device get’s shut down. I can’t start the device for a few minutes and once I manage to start the device I need to re-sync the controller as if the xbox
    “forgot” it.

    How can I get a proper solution to fix those issues?

    I can understand one, even two issues. But not multiple and not in such a short time. It’s unacceptable.

    Every time I send the device I need to re-download and reinstall all apps and games.

    hiya im a xbox amby just wondering if u have tryed any other games or is it just the one.

    one of the things i have done with my xbox s is take it back to factory settings the looked at the game it self and then delete all mods some times it can be a missing file or the game is curupt.

    once we know a litttle more about ur issue we will be able to help more?

    You should 100% check the Display settings and the HDMI cable.

    Hiya!

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist. I recommend going into the settings on the Xbox One console. Once in settings go to video options. From there get to video fidelity and switch it to HDMI. It should then allow you to manually check the resolution
    that your TV supports. I hope this helps answer your question.

    power-cycle     and restarting your modem/router.

    Unfortunately you are stuck. This is a common bug.

    What you should always do in Fable 3 if you get stuck is to get out of the game without saving by hitting the xbox button and hit Y to get out of the game. Then it will go back to your last save.

    Many including me have a character stuck in there and there's is so far no way out.

    Sorry man.
