    xbox gets stuck in a app


    since the last update if I watch tv for more than 20-30 minutes my xbox one then gets stuck in this app no matter what button I push or command I say it wont leave the tv app, only way to stop this is turn it off then back on again.

    also if my xbox one has been off for a couple of hours when I turn it on the screen is dim, again I have to turn off my console and back on again. spoke to xbox support today who cannot help me and told me to post my issue on here

    Added another post since my first one got skipped but everyone else got their post replied to.

    I've been trying to get on the dashboard app for a month now and all it is saying is "Thanks for joining!" You'll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more info. I was able to go into app before now its just stuck. Please help!

    I downloaded the gaming services repair tool and ran it, a few times even, but still whenever I open the Xbox App it gets stuck on "Xbox App is being launched" then opens a seperate window showing the Error: "Couldnt sign into Xbox Live" with the Error Code (0x80070057)

    Netflix wont open on Xbox 360

    I would suggest you contact Netflix that is they are responsible for supporting their apps. If you’re still using Xbox 360 for streaming apps, just be aware that your days are numbered, where are those apps will continue to be supported

    I would start looking into alternatives so you don’t get stuck.
