    I want to use my gems to purchase a Xbox gift card but it says it’s out of stock and can only be redeemed with gems two times but I’ve never purchased a gift card with gems and I’m very confused.

    3 days ago I a purchase on sale, but not yet deposited the gems, Xbox live rewards still deposit gems for each purchase?

    There are currently no offers to receive gems for purchasing hardware. If you have 10,000 gems you can use them to purchase an Xbox One X.

    It's out of stock because other people have bought them. When they are in stock, you are limited to 2 purchases.

    Yes, it's only logical for a game developer to direct you first to Xbox Support because the said gems were purchased via Xbox Store. However, once the Xbox Support has verified that the purchases went through but the gems' licenses were not showing in your
    games' licenses then that would be the time you will need to contact the Smite developer.
