    Hello! I never received my codes for the gears collection on xbox from my Gears 4 preorder on the 10th.

    Digital? I would guess a quick call to support would allow you to upgrade, after all they'll want your cash Xbox gears 4 preorder upgrade ;) They'll probably cancel your existing order allowing you to re buy the ultimate.

    I contacted NVidia twice already and have told me to contact Microsoft to check and see if it was successfully redeemed I think my main issue is that I had gears of war 4 preordered on my Xbox when i redeemed the Nivida code and cancelled my preorder on
    gears of war 4 to ensure i wouldn't get charged for it

    Yes. There was an offer to receive credits for preordering Gears 4 as long as you preordered before September 30 I believe. Support will check that one for you.
