Xbox gave a permanent ban instead of a first warning

Hi my name is Daniel, I am a newer owner to Microsoft Xbox products. I was enjoying my experience up until I decided to retaliate against somebody spamming messages. I understand there are rules but I also don't want to just take other people's mess. I looked
at my account and saw at least +10 reports under "unsporting behavior" I have a feeling this part of the reason I received a permanent ban instead a first time warning, the people I believe who reported me were people I played against in Rainbow Six:Siege
. I feel received those because my play style is very cheeky (not respected). However just because I was reported their I feel it affected why I was given a permanent ban instead of a first time warning. All I'm asking is for someone to at least look at my
case a second time and take into consideration my reputation is relatively good and that I tend to ignore most players that try to get underneath my skin. The profile I was speaking of is () it has three i's. I feel
somebody can get back to me it would mean a whole lot to me.

No one from the enforcement team reads these forums.

Permanent bans are just that,permanent.

You will not get the account unbanned no matter how much you apologise.

You were warned.The ToU/CoC that you agreed to when starting your account are your warning.

Some offenses are so severe they are issued a permanent ban straight away instead of a suspension.

I know it's not what you want to hear but best to just move on,you wont get that account back ever.

Probably because you bought coins which is illegal in Fifa 16. I think they give you a warning for the first offence, a club reset for the second, and a permanent ban for the third.

The only "warning" anybody gets on Xbox Live is the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the Microsoft Code of Conduct at account signup and anytime

You will need to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

My point is why a permanant ban when there's no warning on it. I understand a short term ban and a warning for it with explaination first. Let's make it work and not just prosecute first.

Hello, I was permanently banned 6 days ago for calling somebody the F word, I cannot submit a case review as it doesn't even show I'm banned on the website, up until recently I logged into my account and checked the message and it seemed to have changed to just suspended instead of permanently, however, I still have not been told how long the ban is I'm also keeping in mind this is only my first ever suspensions, no prior warnings or suspensions.

What seems to be happening is that a 'permanent' ban actuality lasts for something like a week. Won't know for sure until the 19th when, I'm told by Microsoft support, my son's 'permanent' ban is due end. If the adjudication system only depends on the word of one person then there will be unfairness. Also, while I'm not condoning swearing, unless it's racist or homophobic stuff, a permanent ban without a warning or shorter ban first would be completely disproportionate so hopefully that isn't the actual system.
