XBOX GARBAGE ENFORCEMENT

I am once again baffled at the horrible and demeaning treatment that xbox enforcement gives when someone spams you and attacks you on xbox. They still punish you with extreme over powered prejudice. As if some kid in high school that was too dumb to do
anything worth significance in there life and decided to become a cop who abuses there power. I happened to converse with some other players and came across an unfortunate yet existing repetitive nature behind the rent a cop xbox enforcement people. I had
the same thing happen to a few female gamers who were met with immediate retraction of they're suspension simply because it was a female. With no ability to contact these cowards who hide behind emails which are sparse and callous in there entirety. Surprise
for majority of these "enforcement personnel" they allow and tolerate agrediously for gamers to come into your server, not follow the rules, receive no punishment and then manage to allow others to demean United States Veterans blatantly while receiving a
second 14 days suspension. XBOX ENFORCEMENT IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF ANY COMPANY IN THE GAMING COMMUNITY IN THE WORLD, bunch of cowards. this won't be the last time you hear of this im sure many others have come across the telemarketer types with
no spines and 0 intelligence. Even if you clearly were attacked you WILL still be punished regardless if it is just or not. Im sure SONY with there FREE service and actual telephone numbers you can call and really be assisted by people instead of some "service"
you pay for and get 0 customer service with. Might as well talk to your next door neighbor he would probably give a [Moderator Removed - Profanity] more than these morons!

Enforcement Team Garbage

Xbox one enforcement team is [Mod Removed]. I got banned for calling someone a [Mod Removed] which we all know happens on Xbox Live. I was playing a competitive game and getting i dont know,
[Mod Removed]competitive. The reason why i find this banned
[Mod Removed] is because there are literally parental controls to stop accounts from receiving messages from players on their friends list. If you don't want
[Mod Removed]talked to you, turn it on. Hardly ever do people outside of your friends list message you nice things. You are literally not allowed to cuss on xbox live for if you do and the enforcement team sees it, youre banned. This stupid
ass system is a joke especially when youve been using Xbox Live since the original xbox. And i find it ridiculous that i am suspended from a service that I am paying for.

Let me start by saying thank you for your service.

I am sorry you feel you were wronged by the enforcement group. As an Xbox gamer and streamer I understand your frustration with the spammers and haters.

I am not sure of the steps you took to communicate with the Xbox enforcement group but here is what I do when this happens to me. The first thing is I block them from within the Xbox. This prevents them from sending yo any chat messages or regular messages.
Then I go and report them. Both can be done from within their profile.

As far as contacting somebody here is a number you can use 1 800 469 9269 .

I know this does not solve any issue you have with the enforcement group but I wanted to let you know it is understood.

You'll only get a suspension or ban if you violate the terms of use or code of conduct. Just report and block those people and don't retaliate and you'll be fine.

[Mod Removed - Profanity], just because you may feel you do your job properly or maybe a few others definitely doesn't mean you can account for every "enforcer" out there. Just the same no one can speak for anyone except for themselves. Unless
your the moron who handled my individual case or your affiliated with in any way, then what your saying is pure speculation and henceforth inadequate to back something you have no idea the facts of. And while I have you here thanks for doing your job right
if the criteria you mentioned is truly what you follow, but once again myself and plenty of others can say majority of you are misguided and worthless as far as proper ediquette and fair treatment for all. OF COURSE you would back your own job otherwise you
wouldn't have one, as I'm sure its monitored. Ill reiterate to get the original point across being my case was not handled properly, clearly not examined well because last time I checked if someone attacks you and you punish the guy defending himself your

of one good review about xbox enforcement, never heard a good story when dealing with them, only bad which should speak volumes about your fellow employees. By all means be the leader in the bunch and keep striving to get others to follow you but until those
others do you can't speak for there actions. Still standing as the worst customer service team in any industry, not even a phone number might as well be smigel handling every case at least it would be entertaining.

As long as you don't break any TOS or COC (Which you actually have within this post) you will be fine. I have been on Xbox for well over 7 years and yet I've not had a single issue. If someone is harassing or using profanity, this doesn't give you the
right to do the same. If someone spams you, just report and block. Simple.

 

I'm not an employee and the enforcement team doesn't use the forums. It's just users helping users here. Based on your response, its going to be an easy conclusion that you'll have more enforcement actions in your future.

Its your account and you're responsible for it and you'll be dealing with those repercussions based on you actions.

 

I've been apart of xbox for 15 years kid, once again not what it was about and this post has nothing to do with the situation. If I choose to swear or not is my choice, its your choice to look at it like a little kid oh my god profanity, or grow a pair
