Xbox gaming services app is corrupted, Showing 0 Bytes

As you can see in the above picture, the app is clearly corrupted. Repair and reset doesnt work. Also tried unistalling from powershell command and reinstalling from the wstore, its reverting back to this state.

The suggestion from LorenzoCanta fixed the problem I was having with Back4Blood. (Error 0x80070032)

Finally got rid of the '0 bytes downloaded' message in the Xbox app.

Resetting both the Microsoft Store and Xbox (beta) app didn't change anything. When I re-opened the app it still shows AoE II trying to install/update at 3% with no bytes being downloaded into it.
