xbox gaming cloud phone sign in not working

i have tried a vpn i have a apple iphone i just got cloud gaming today and it has been doing it since i have tried it on my pc and it wont work there and i only have one phone.

Are you perhaps trying to play via cloud gaming? Also, when was the last time you're able to sign in to Xbox app on using your phone?

No im usign the xbox app on mincrosoft and on my phone is working the controller on xbox game cloud but on my pc even with bluetooth it dont work on the xbox app
