Xbox Gamesharing Limited 5 time switching

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on home console switches. Unfortunately, Microsoft or support are unable to reset the switches. You may be able to qualify for one more switch. It is on the bottom of the

home console page.

Note Customer support can’t offer additional switches. If you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
Help when you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

Hi Brad, that's a shame because I've had to switch a couple times because of moving houses due to family-related issues so now I am unable to switch again. I fully understand that it's a bit greedy but i find it a shame that theres only 5 possible switches
possible in a year due that It does not fully account for player's background or situation. Is there anything I could do to get one final switch, it would be greatly appreciated if possible.

Thanks for the reply. As posted in the Note part of my post. If you qualify it will show up through them steps. If it doesn't there is no other way unfortunately. As there is nothing more we can do I will be locking this thread.

Did you happen to switch home xbox's during this time?

You are limited to 5 switches a year.
