    Xbox Games With Windows 10 Keeps Loading Through The Wrong Account


    I logged into the Store with my Xbox Live details and every time I load a game in my PC that works through Xbox Live the games keep on loading through a different account that I don't use anymore. When this happens, when I unlock any achievements they don't
    go on to my Xbox Live account that I use because my Xbox Live game in my PC load under a different account. How can I log out of the old account that I don't use so I can log into the games with my account I use for Xbox Live?

    I can connect to Xbox Live but not GfWL.

    The Games for Windows Live will not let me sign in. Specifically, I am trying to log in using my Windows Live account at the start-up when I launch Batman: Arkham Asylum on my computer, but it keeps telling me that my account is locked, but I can access
    my account perfectly fine through my e-mail provider, Xbox Live on my Xbox 360, and Xbox Live through Xbox.com. I downloaded the Games for Windows Live client to see if that would let me go around the issue, but that won't let me sign in either. It just keeps
    loading and loading forever when I sign in with the correct username and password. What happens to be the problem? So far, all I see is an issue with the Games for Windows Live software.

    Unable to view achievements

    I've done a factory reset and it's not worked. I can no longer view achievements on the smartglass app or the windows 10 app either

    Smartglass - "Something went wrong when loading this section"

    Windows 10 - "Something went wrong with loading this data. Invalid pointer"

    Xbox One - "Cannot view achievements at this time. Please try again later"

    Sorry to see any sign in issues on Windows 10! You should be able to sign out of the Store by doing the following:

    • Open the Store app on your PC
    • Click the image of your profile on the top right, next to the Search bar
    • Click on your name/email there
    • And once more click on your name on the pop-up window
    • Click Sign out

    From there, that should at least sign you out of the Store app.

    If this doesn't work for signing you out of the Xbox App, which should control your achievements, you can sign out of that by doing these steps:

    • Open the Xbox App on your Windows 10 device
    • Click the gear icon on the left for Settings
    • Click Sign out under your gamertag/email

    I've personally had issues signing out of the Xbox App sometimes because I switch between my personal and work accounts a lot. If it doesn't sign you out, install the

    Xbox (beta) App    , and try following the same steps above.

    Sorry to see any sign in issues on Windows 10! You should be able to sign out of the Store by doing the following:

    • Open the Store app on your PC

    In addition, if you are logged in with the same profile on Windows 10 and have the Windows Xbox Game Bar installed - it should be by default - this in turn will keep your account active.
