    Hey guys so i have gold and ive downloaded a handful of the games. Last month i downloaded fable and this month the second genie shantae game. My issue is with destroy all hunans. Im trying to download its free(for games on gold) and its saying i need
    to add a payment method. I have one but i try anyways and it says my parental settings dont allow it. Not sure what it means. I checked all the settings its all open and allowed and everyone so im bot sure what to do now. Thanks for the help!

    That would be the problem. Trials don't change your account status to gold. A full gold subscription is required in order to download the 360 games with gold games. Xbox One games with gold games required a gold subscription to keep playing them for free,
    so they can be downloaded with a trial.
