Xbox Games With Gold Not Working Properly

I have unfortunately been having a lot of fun and games trying to get the free Games with Gold games today and wondered if anyone else has had similar experiences...

In essence, when I am logged in and visit the games with gold page, i.e. Games with Gold | Xbox Live I am prompted to buy an Xbox live subscription (which checking my account still has 9 months left on it to run since
I last renewed it).

If I click through anyway I can get to the Install on my devices button, but when I click this I get an error telling me "It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account" which
was never an issue in the past...

I've tried chatting with about 5 different support staff today using the live chat service, unfortunately every time I've started to get anywhere in the conversation I get an error "I'm sorry, but I'm having
a technical problem. Please use the options shown below to get in touch with Microsoft Customer Support." and am unable to reply to the support person even though they are still asking me questions... After trying with
5 different people I gave up as I had spent a lot of time trying to explain the situation before getting kicked out without resolving my issue.

Does anyone know of an email address to contact support as it seems the live chat capability is too unstable on my machine/network to resolve my problems?

Interestingly, in addition to the site seeming to have forgotten that I have an Xbox Live Gold subscription, it has also forgotten about my Xbox 360 and only lists my PCs, tablet and Xbox One now...

Very strange and also frustrating given that some of the free games will no longer be available after the 31st!!!

Xbox Gold Not Working Properly

Hey I Live In The US And When I Try To Use Any Online Feature It Says I Need Gold "GET MORE WITH GOLD". So I Put A Redeem Code In It Said I Was Already A Gold User. i unplugged my Xbox one s and it still had the problem. And Its not Just With my games But
its also party's and all that. I had on my Credit Card To Where It Kept Going each Month Automatically.

Log in here and check the status of your subscription. https://account.microsoft.com/services If it is past due or suspended then you will have to work with support to get it resolved. Contact Us | Xbox Support
If that is not the problem try removing your profile and then reload it.

Hello, do you already performed a console power cycle? this will fix most of the times this kind of issues, here are the instructions in the following link:

If Xbox Australia get their servers working properly for this game they can keep their month of gold in my opinion.

It actually is working properly. Only the account that purchases the subscription can access benefits like Games with Gold, Deals with Gold, etc.
