- Go to the Microsoft Store on your console.
- Search for "Windbound" and "Double Kick Heroes"
- See if the store allows you to download them for free as part of the Games with Gold program.

Kindly validate your bank statement because, for pre-ordered games, we will be charged 10 days prior to the game releases, which means last October 18, 2022, up until October 27, 2022, they attempted to get the charge.
