    Sorry for my rusty English but I think it is better to write in it than my native language (below I will also write a summary in Italian in order to know if any of my fellows Italian have this problem).

    As title, I can't redeem Xbox/Xbox360 games from my subscription.

    XboxOne's are totally fine, but the titles on Marketplace are irredeemably out.

    This is the "bug": The page when I confirm the payment loops forever, preventing it to redeem the game.

    I have changed PC, used my phone, used the App, change payment and none of them worked.

    I have already lost three titles and for two of them I am very displeased, since Castlevaia and Eath Defense Force 2025 are games that I'd really like to play. Disney's Bolt is the last one that I lost. I think and the only way I found to circumvent this
    "bug" is to redeem them on Xbox One itself.

    This method is a bit tedious (Marketplace is very slow) but the only one that worked.

    I contacted TWO times Xbox Chat Support. They were very kind and gentle but they didn' resolve my problem, saying that the titles that I tried to redeem are in a sort of "pending" status.

    Today they reply to me, saying that the isssue has benn resolved.

    I tried to redeem Joy Ride Turbo, the game of the month and... None of it it is resolved.

    I know it is impossible -but really, totally unjustified- to have the games that I have lost. But I lost them not because I forgot to redeem them but for a problem not directly caused by me.

    Please, resolve at least this bug.

    Come da titolo, non riesco a riscattare i giochi 360 e Xbox dal marketplace del mio abbonamento.

    Ho provato di tutto ma solo riscattadoli dalla console funziona.

    Ho contattato Xbox per sapere cosa fare per recuperare i titoli persi e niente, sono segnnati come titoli "pendenti".

    Oggi mi arriva la risposta che tutto è stato risolto e purtroppo ho constatato che non è stato così.

    Dato che almeno ora so come fare per riscattarli, almeno che mi fossero aggiunti all'account i giochi persi sarebbe una gran cosa, dato che non è che mi sono dimenticata IO di riscattarli ma è stato un problema -tutt'ora presente- di Microsoft.

    360 market is a little bit more strict than the Xbox one. You must have a working credit card for your region, with an address and telephone number. Do you have that? If you have that, I can't think anybody who can solve this problem for you but support
    since you tried to redeem it from 3 different places.

    This can be done by following these simple steps (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us#0:2:4):

    Sign in to Xbox.com

    Step 1: Scroll down and select Support at the bottom left under Xbox.
    Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.
    Step 3: Select Billing & Account , then "View Other Options"
    Step 4: Select your problem
    Select - "Show contact options"
    Select - Request Support Call

    Yep, and I have also changed it. I tried also Paypal.
