    Hi FindingChair843,

    Thanks for posting in the forums, that appears to be an in game bug and not an Xbox hardware or software issue. I would reach out to EA Games support and report as a bug. It will help the developers and hopefully be patched in a bug fix update.

    As mentioned, you just have to pause the update to stop it from downloading not cancel altogether. You can even update one game or app at a time.

    Its actually a known issue. The best thing is to not cancel an update even if the update stops or pauses.

    I have known about this for a fair while now, you can cancel the update, just keep in mind that should the game get uninstalled you will need to reinstall the game before you can play again. And I'm sure we all know that installing games can take a very
    long time (depending on the game size and your download speed).
