Xbox games store account balance not showing full balance

When I goto buy game on xbox console the account balance is not up to date. When I goto the account balance outside the game store it is correct.

I've tried removing the account profile then reseting the console then adding the account profile back and the account balance is still not correct.

Any ideas, anyone resolved a similar issue?
