Xbox games stop same time daily

Despite the screen time settings in Microsoft Family i.e. Weekdays 4pm - 9.30pm my xbox kicks me out of games at 4.20pm until 5pm every weekday. I can access the internet to watch youtube So the internet is still accessible but not games. I'm not on it
long enough for it to overheat. My xbox is set to 'not turn off automatcally'. Please can someone help?

Does the console turn off or do you just lose access to Xbox Live?

The xbox doesn't turn off it just kicks me out of the game I'm playing & out of xbox live, but it only happens weekdays not at weekends.

Same here. All of my games have stopped tracking time. Minecraft has been stuck at 84 hours for over a month and ive played it daily since then. Red Dead Redemption 2 is stuck at 27 minutes.

Same issue.

For 6 days, gamepass play a game daily has no credit

Haven game did not do a credit, and it was the weekly quest

Tried for 7 days

I was on with xbox support on Twitter, and did several xbox Reset strategies...they stopped responding after an hour of communications

Rebooted xbox

Reset xbox one

Cloud, pc, and xbox one all do not credit a daily played

Same here. The first time I couldn't play Daily challenges I updated the April 2018 windows 10. It worked for a few days than another update that automatically updated on my computer made my game stop again. But after the April update it didn't play right.
It kept loading while playing the game. This sucks
