Xbox games randomly uninstalling themselves

Please help! This has been an ongoing issue since December 2021 and I’ve tried several times to get help through Xbox support but to no avail. My games randomly uninstall themselves completely from my Xbox one. One day they’re there the next they’re gone. I constantly have to re-install and it’s getting to the point I’m about to give up. I even went as far as purchasing an Xbox series S to see if it was my console but it did the same thing. Xbox support says my profile and account are good to go but there has to be some glitch somewhere causing this on my profile end. It doesn’t matter what game it is either. HELP!

Thanks for the feedback, may I know if you tried for example, download a game using another profile on your account (could be a free one, like Fortnite <one you haven't downloaded before>) and see if the issue persists.

By the way, double check if your Xbox console is registered in your devices tab:

And also check if the console is added in the Microsoft Store device management section (scroll down on the devices page)

That's strange, you reached the 10 devices limit?, if you check the other account. The console appears in the store management or not?

Try this James:

Remove your main account from your console, then remove the console from your Devices page.

Then power cycle your console again:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that re-add your profile on the console, wait couple minutes and see if the console appears as registered and appears in the store management page.

Also, would be great try installing a game remotely, using the Xbox mobile app or the Xbox.com page. Just to see if the issue persists even if you install a game in different ways

Did all of this but my Xbox still doesn’t show as a device in Microsoft store. It is registered but doesn’t show under manage devices for the store

Any other advice, it seems to be the Call of Duty games uninstalling themselves. I downloaded Fortnite and Fall Guys and they’re still on the Xbox but COD:Vanguard and COD:Warzone uninstalled.
