    Xbox games pass won't let me download anymore games


    I got the 2 week trial for the Xbox games pass and download three games(Ollieollie, the swapper, and payday 2) I queued 4 other games but they would just stay as installing with a blank thumbnail in my queue tab. I noticed that the blank thumbnail would
    appear in the "apps" tab as if it got placed in the wrong area. Also when I have these blank thumbnails on my queue tab, which say installing, I am not able to boot up any of my digital bought games. I get an error saying the game took to long to respond.
    I hope this issue can get fixed before launch.

    Have they fixed the problem with download the free game yet? I am a Season Pass Holder but it won't let me download my free game.

    It appears that 20 minutes after this was posted Xbox live issued a limited service status on "purchases and content usage." This may or may not be connected to the issue stated in the post.

    I'm sorry to see any issues, but it looks like you might have been part of that service alert that you were noticing. Are you still having issues downloading games from the Game Pass library?     You can try this:

    Start Menu -> Settings -> System -> Storage -> Temporary Files

    See if Delivery Optimization Files has the missing GB, if it does, you can check it and click Remove Files.
