    Xbox games pass ultimate, Xbox controller issue


    I have the problem when getting Xbox game pass ultimate. I used to be able to connect my Xbox controller via Bluetooth on my phone and play. After awhile it stopped working and the only buttons that wouldn't work were the analog sticks and dpads, why is that i don't know. I read in other forums that you needed to turn off auto rotation. I did that and worked for a bit but now it resorted back to not working and I also tried turning off accessibility. I have been sending feedback day after day to Xbox support. I really would like this to work ! Is there anyway we can rally up and get Microsoft attention ? I also am currently paying for Xbox game pass ultimate and yet there are times when I get on the app to continue playing the same game and it says that i can't play it. Why ?

    Is this Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for Console?

    If this is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you can proceed in turning on the recurring billing for the Xbox Live Gold because your remaining Xbox Live Gold time will be converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate since Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is consist of Xbox Live Gold as well.

    If I may ask, what Xbox Game Pass subscription do you have? Is it the Xbox Game Pass for Console or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

    To check simply follow the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    If it's the Xbox Game Pass for Console, you may need to buy an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

    Subscription not working with family

    They will not have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription on their account but they'll be able to have access to the game pass library and play online games due to you having the Xbox game pass ultimate.

    What is the exact issue that they're experiencing?

    Thanks for the replies. With game pass ultimate, you do not need to purchase game pass for PC as it is included in the Ultimate subscription. On an important note, at the moment game pass for PC is not shareable at this time. Xbox game pass for console and
    Xbox live gold are allowed to be shared. Here is the
