    Xbox games pass ultimate fails


    So I have Xbox games pass ultimate & I went to download Batman arkham knight which is free on gamespass for console. Which I have as a part of the ultimate package but It says I need to get it to download it & it won't let me download it, any ideas to
    solve this bug?

    Same here (Germany, Xbox Series X, Game Pass Ultimate).

    I have downloaded the Game Pass iOS app which allows me to select on which Xbox (One X or Series X) I want to install the game on but it fails with "Es ist ein Problem aufgetreten" (An Error occurred).

    I removed & reinstalled my profile today which to be honest was a major headache because I forgot my sign in details & sadly it did not fix the problem
