    Xbox games pass pc


    I have tried installing games from xbox games pass (specifically Metro exodus) but they won't launch, the corresponding app for xbox games pass won't launch either and all it does is give me an error message that says "windows cannot access the specified
    device, pat, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I just want to play my game. I have restarted, reinstalled it three times, twice on my secondary drive and once on my boot drive, I have tried to manually give myself permissions
    but nothing seems to work and honestly I've wasted almost 9 hours of my time just downloading this game over and over again not even including the time I've tried troubleshooting, I'm about to just say the hell with it and not use it at all and buy the game
    elsewhere.

    Update on the original question: I was able to talk to an xbox support person who was condescending and completely unhelpful, at this point I'm just going to take my business elsewhere, tbh I'm really close to trying to pirate now because I don't have any
    extra cash to spend anymore because I bought this piece of **** subscription that doesn't work

    If I buy Ultimate on my pc will it also work for Xbox?

    Game Pass Ultimate contains Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, EA Play (XBOX & PC), Cloud Gaming, and Xbox Live Gold. So yes, it will work on Xbox and PC.

    Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold, Game Pass for Console, and Game Pass for PC. As long as you're signed into the same account on both the PC and Xbox, you would have Game Pass on both.

    You won't be able to access all Xbox games on the PC. Only games that are Play Anywhere or included in Game Pass for PC.

    Games like Borderlands 2 or Minecraft can be install if I had a xbox one but to PC I can't (xbox game pass PC) !! Why ?!

    Tve Xbox Game Pass from console its different from the Xbox Game Pass on PC!

    Some games are exclusive for console and others for PC.

    Btw remember tha Xbox Game Pass on PC it's just started, so you will see more and more games will be add on Game Pass.

    But Borderlands and Minecraft were always exclusive for PC (for years)... but for MS and "Game Pass" both are exclusive for Console ! 🤔
