Xbox Games Pass cannot play games!

Discus and support Xbox Games Pass cannot play games! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm at my wits end now! Games will not load, they just crash, black screen then go to dashboard!     Xbox Games Pass cannot play games!


    I'm at my wits end now! Games will not load, they just crash, black screen then go to dashboard!

    Iv tried everything... From simple troubleshooting like clearing cache/reinstall to the more advance like entering the console I to troubleshooting mode on boot up and a FULL factory reset!

    The console has been sent for repair and returned with the exact same issue, iv also tried letting my games pass expire and then starting it back up again, and still no luck!!!!

    Xbox support are useless and offer no help. Someone must know why this is happen!?

    Please don't just reply with have you tried this have you tried that, because at this point iv tried 99% of stuff to no luck, and it happens with half of the games on Gamespass

    Cant download BOUGHT games from xbox to my PC

    Unfortunately it cannot play on the pc with those games but I can advise you to take the ultimate game pass so you can play with all the games of the xbox game pass both on xbox and on the pc

    Do I have to download a game I already have?

    They are playing on PC as well and with Game Pass Ultimate. I have Game Pass Ultimate and the game downloaded but cannot play with them because I did not download through the Microsoft Store?
    As far as I am aware, there is no cross platform play between Steam and Xbox when it comes to Ark, so your Steam version cannot communicate with their Game Pass version of the game. You would have to download the Game Pass version of the game and start fresh
    there in order to play with other people using the Game Pass version.

    You might have got confused with the Xbox 360 games available on game pass, but those are backwards compatible games that can be played on Xbox One. You cannot use game pass on Xbox 360 console.

    Already tried all of this... And the console has just had a fresh factory reset...

    No of them worked.
