Xbox games open and close inmediately.

When I try to open a game from the xbox app, it opens and it closes without throwing an error. The only solution I have for the moment is reinstalling the game, because when i first download the game, it opens and runs without a problem, but when i want to play a day later the game crashes. Reinstalling allow me to play but i have to reinstallit every time i want to play.

- My store and xbox account are the same
- I already try DISC and SFC method

- I already repair microsoft store, xbox app, the games
- Windows and drivers are updated

Sorry to hear about the issue. I appreciate all your efforts in trying to get the issue fixed.

To further isolate the issue, I advise you to disable your anti-virus software temporarily if you've installed a 3rd party one. If you only use a Windows Defender, try to disable temporarily its real-time protection or try to disable its Firewall temporarily.

Another option would be to perform a clean boot to disable any of your 3rd party services on your Windows which may be causing the issue.

If none of the above options work, try to create a new local admin user. Check if you didn't get issues playing games on a different Windows user.

Yes, i noticed this too, and not only the on-screen keyboard. Opening the guide while you are in a game, and going to the dashboard and inmediately returning freezes the game like 3 seconds. The probability of lag grows the more times you open the guide
while playing.

Maybe it has to do with the console recently added features, social stuff, achievement tracking, or a mix of those thing not well integrated with operating games.

I called Microsoft and just told me to contact with Zoe Mode (Kuju corporation) and Microsoft couldnt do anything.
