XBox games.. once the game is installed, anyone can use, right?

Boy 1 wants to play game. Boy 1 could not remember password, so I created an account for Boy 2 and got him (so I thought) to install the game. Boy 1 keeps getting prompted to get Boy 2 to load the game (Minecraft) when he wants to play it. (There is also
an issue with Boy 2's account (question already asked here_). But can I assume that game is not properly installed? Lots of basic questions. I am not knowledgeable about Xbox and the time this issue is consuming, there might be a console-sized hole in our
window soon

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on game sharing. As long as the

home console is set on the account that owns the games. Everyone else on the console can use the games. If you forgot the password, you can try the

lost password solution.

Alright. Can you try installing the Xbox app on your phone and search the game there? Once done, please try installing the game using the Xbox app to your console.

The online pass is for the console, not the user. Once the online pass is installed anyone over the age of 13 can play the game online.
