Xbox Games on Windows 11 Not Opening

The only solution besides a Windows reinstall is creating a new local account then running the game from that account.

Just to confirm, everything in your computer is up to date?
Plesse double check this:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

If yes, may I know if you already tried this?

Delete the registry keys associated with the game bar :

Press Windows key+R then type regedit and press Enter.
Go to this path (expand the folders using the little ">")

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\GameDVR

Once there delete all the keys except (Default), restart your PC and try again

Let's try something different :

A. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

B. Do a clean boot in your PC (is like option A but deeper)

C. Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there

D. Run the SFC tool to find and repair possible system corruptions

i have already updated windows 11 prior to making this post. i checked the microsoft store for updates, and found everything had already been updated. i went into the regedit and deleted all the keys within GameDVR, restarted my pc, and game bar still failed to load. as i said in my initial post, i have deleted game bar via powershell, reinstalled numerous times and this has also not worked.

you must have a drive that is formatted NTFS with a 4K cluster size
