Xbox Games On Demand - Fable Anniversary/GTA V Issues

So I recently purchased both Fable Anniversary and GTA V off the Xbox marketplace because I thought it would be a lot easier to do that than to go to the local store, but now it seems like that was one of the biggest mistakes I could have made. NEITHER of
the games work. I'll start by explaining my issue with Fable Anniversary.

I'll launch the game and I'll get passed all of the company names and whatnot and from there my games freezes in one of 3 places. As soon as the screen goes black after the Lionhead Studios logo disappears, after selecting my storage device and it is about
to go into the start menu, or when I'm about to press New Game/ Continue Game (was only able to get into the game once but it froze shortly after the prologue)

I have deleted and reinstalled this game, clearing the cache between each download, 3 or 4 times now. I let my Xbox sit for about 10 minutes after deleting and clearing cache because supposedly that helps somehow. I have done everything I can possibly think
of. Right now I am not impressed with this.

Now for GTA V. After considering whether or not to buy it I decided I would, after like 7 hours of downloading (because you have to download the game and then you have to download parts 1/2/3/4 or 0/1/2/3 if you go into the storage device afterwards) the
game seemed to run fine but then randomly in the middle of playing my game restarted. It sent me all the way back to the start up as if I had been at the dashboard and just launched the game.

I have deleted this and downloaded it again at least twice now, clearing the cache, letting the console sit. After downloading it the last time now the game will restart and then freeze once the Rockstar logo pops up. I am not pleased with how this is turning
out.

I figured since Microsoft was such a big company they would be able to resolve problems like these easily but I guess not.

I'd appreciate a reply as soon as possible.

Purchased with points or credit card: Debit Visa (Works and have verified and all that jazz)

Specific issue you are having: Games not working (Freezing, restarting)

Any error code or message you are receiving: None so far but will keep this updated

 

*Update*

It seems like when I don't have the update that Fable Anniversary prompts you to download when you start up the game I'll be able to play for a longer period of time but it will still eventually freeze.

And with GTA V it seems like the game only restarts/freezes when I have the install packs that are required for playing.

Not sure if that helps anyone..

 

Trying to install 16 GB of games which is how big GTA V is and then going to install GTA V again. After that I'll delete some of the demos I'm downloading and install Fable Anniversary again. I'll let anyone reading this know how it goes. Maybe I'll get
a reply while I'm doing this...

 

Try copying it onto a usb drive. It will save the re-installation process.

 

I have no USB to save it onto. If this last re-installation doesn't work as planned I'll go out and buy one and see if that works.

 

GTA V is working after downloading an equal amount of games so it could save elsewhere on the drive.

Fable Anniversary is still not working.
