xbox games not working

    None of my games are working, I've tried uninstalling them and re installing them but every time it tells me I have to pay.

    Has anyone else had this problem? How do I fix it?

    I'm not going to pay for games I've already paid for!!

    Which games specifically are you experiencing this issue with? If you have a chance, can you please use Report a problem from within the Xbox app after reproducing this issue to submit feedback? With your feedback we can ask the development team to investigate
    this further.

    Hi ConorMitchell,

    I'm sorry to hear about any issues you may be having with games on the Xbox One. Please try removing your profile
    and re-add the profile to the console.

    If the problem persists, try this
    troubleshooting guide to soft factory reset your Xbox One to help reset the Operation System.


    • Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling
      the large game files.
      • Warning : Please make sure to know your email and password for your Xbox Profiles on the system. This troubleshooting step will log off all profiles on the console.

    I can't sign in to Jigsaw. There has also been multiple posts on your Facebook Jigsaw page about this so it seems it's a system wide problem. A message stating that it can't log me in recommends logging in through xbox.com and reopening the app, but that
    doesn't work. It's very frustrating especially because your support person could only recommend I uninstall and reinstall the app, which I did and it also didn't change a thing. Please respond here or on your FB page that you are at least working on it.
