Xbox games not visible in game library

So I don't know if it's a bug with the system or what, but a couple days ago I went into my game and apps library and all my games disappeared. It keeps telling me to go into the xbox store and find games. I tried to find a way to get the to show again,
but i managed to delete all my games off my hard drive. Can someone please help me because it is getting really frustrating to always to the store to play the games that I already own.

Game not visible

Hello,

I used a redeem code on the computer to receive the game ' Max: the curse of brotherhood. Now the game is visible in my account on the computer but not on my console. When went wrong? I follow the steps on the note I received.

Add Games with Gold problem. Add on x360, invisible on oneS.

I recently switch from my Xbox 360 to Xbox One S. Over the lifetime of the x360 was adding to the library of games, games on Xbox One t,hink that in the near future buying it. After the change on to the new platform can not see in his library, section of
games for the Xbox One, for example, Thief, Styx, Lords of The Fallen. I realized this today wanting to install the Lords of the Fallen.

I have a subscription gold more than a year and some games from this period "evaporated". I did not add all the games only ones that interested me, and some of them are visible a part is not. I would add only that all the games that would add to the Xbox 360
console xbox they are visible on oneS I'm sure about that would add these games properly.

Please help.

Hello Tabushcus,

Have you tried a hard reset? If so, how about a full power cycle? This happened will all of my apps and a hard reset fixed it for me.

Try that out and let me know how things turn out.

Are you currently in the preview program?

If so I think that is a known issue because me and my friends in the preview program have exactly the same issue currently.

As you mentioned before currently the only work around is by using the store to find games.

The is an update for preview program members today so hopefully that will fix this issue.

Alright. Can you please go to "My games and apps" > Library > Owned games > Locate the game?

Check if the game is visible from there for you to install.

I would like to clarify, not all Xbox game pass games are visible on your son's game pass library, is that correct?

I know that i can change visiblity to see games i bought before, still this games not present in my library in xbox app (even installed ones), and i dont't have access to gamepass (that still active for me, even xbox app says "ultimate").
