    Xbox games not starting


    Every time I try to launch a game the screen goes grey then goes back to the Home Screen then when I test multiplayer connection it says I need to sign in to play the game I then tried to hard reset my Xbox series x it did not fix so then I tried using 3 different network connections still didn’t work next I tried unplugging the Xbox for 30 seconds and it still didn’t work. So how to I fix the problem so I can play any of my games? Apps still work.

    Hey King SwaaaaaG x - sorry for not getting to you sooner! We might have missed you with the edit - that can sometimes take a thread out of our queue. However, what we'd like to have you do is take a look at our Start Here sticky (forums.xbox.com/.../155724.aspx),
    and supply the info found in the bottom of the post. There are some diagnostic code fields there that you can get via the Network Test on the console, and those will help us better understand what your system is reporting during these circumstances. With that
    info helping us, we can narrow in on the issue. Thanks for your patience!
