Xbox Games Not Downloading (Installation Stopped)

So for the last 3 months now my xbox has been having issues finishing the download of games. I have bought expansions to games (Forza Horizon 4) and many other new games (Borderlands 3 mainly) and are unable to play them. I love to play Apex, but can't.
About a month and a half ago it went into an update and has yet to finish said update, as it just goes to installation stopped after a certain number of gigs download.

I am very annoyed, and now with xbox not having a number to call, and have tried to get them to call me... but they haven't called me on 2 occasions now when I am home early enough for them to be open... I am now resorting to this. I don't want to buy a
new console.... I want to wait for Scarlet to come out before dropping money on a new Xbox. If there is no fix to this I will just bin it and stay on my Nintendo devices... as they seem to never break on me.

I have power cycled many times, cleared saves, reset console completely... literally everything in the hand book, I just want to play BL3 with my friends... as I am a big fan of the franchise, but can't.

I will gladly leave Xbox if this is the sort of system and support they have now a days.

Are you trying to install a digital or disk based game?

If you are trying to install a disk based game, stop the install, go into offline mode and attempt the install again.

I was wired when this problem first occurred, and have tried going wired for a week to see if it would fix anything, but didn't do a damn thing.

First try to reboot/reset yours Router/Modem. Then if this doesnt fix it, do a

Factory Reset to our console.

Let us know if it fixed.
