xbox games not carried to pc?

Only Play Anywhere titles can be purchased on the Xbox and then redownloaded for free on the PC. Since those games are not Play Anywhere, you would have to purchase the PC versions in order to play them on PC.

Im very sorry but there isnt any way to force your desired resolution. The Xbox is a home console and may not carry capabilities that gaming PCs will carry.

No sorry it is not possible to transfer your mass effect 2 pc game save to your xbox 360, for the purposes of carrying on the game in mass effect 3
