Xbox Games Mouse Problem

When I get into the game, when I take the mouse up it comes out of full screen. I take the mouse down the taskbar is open. Game settings are made according to full screen. I couldn't solve this problem. Can anyone help me?

Hey there Matt,

Sorry to hear you are running into problems with your Keyboard.

What game exactly is it that you are trying to jump into? Make sure that the game itself supports keyboard and mouse.

I have the same problem and also the monitor screen goes blank. I tried on different games. When you move the cursor up or down, the screen goes blank, then the image appears again, and either the taskbar at the bottom of the screen or the top panel of
the window appears. The only solution is to play in windowed mode.

Surface is good, because in the Warframe(another game with mouse nad keyboard support) mouse works well and in the main menu Fortnite mouse works well too, this problem is in the match only.
