    Xbox games keeps crashing


    Battlefront 2 got an update on Monday and while downloading the update my Internet cut out and now the game keeps crashing when I play. My console works fine with the other game . The game would freeze and close to the Xbox home menu and at one point it
    caused my Xbox to shut down because of the crash.

    I you have a good internet connection, you should try to uninstall and reinstall the game. It will be long but it may resolve your problem.

    First thing to try is a full power cycle by pressing the Xbox button on the console itself for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Then power it back up and try again. If that doesn't work, then I would recommend that you uninstall and reinstall the title.
    That sounds like the download was corrupted when the internet cut out, and a redownload might be the best option.
