Xbox Games Hub On Lumia 820

Hi

This post is about the xbox games hub, version 2.0.1405.13001, on my WP 8.1 Lumia 820, I can't sign in my Live profile or show games spotlight.

Social shows only sign in and do you already have Xbox account, refreshing or trying to sign in gives only error message saying that theres a problem

with connection or profile.

Spotlight gives, nothing here, but goes right away to store when pushing tile.

Doesn't matter what connection is on, wlan or mobile data, same errors.

I did do a hard reset to phone and before updating games hub everything works like it should work and i have checked my account information and there is neither problems.

Xbox One smartglass is working fine with my account and phone.

can anyone help me please ??

My wife still gets these on her Lumia 800, as did my Lumia 800 until it died two days ago! Just bought a Lumia 820 WP8 and no toast or live tile update for games, Twitter or Facebook!!!

Same Problem for me, but in a lumia 1320.

Everything is working but not the xbox games hub

Anyone have a solution?

 

Check your date and time (and in the settings). I found my 520 on 8.1 was showing a date in May 2014 and time that was way off. Not sure when it did that, but I recently updated the Games hub and have been struggling w/ the same non-sign in issue since.
Once I fixed the date/time and put it to manual, the Games Hub allowed auto sign-in and all seems well.

 

Had this issue on my old windows phone and as mentioned above it was date and time.
