    Xbox games freeze and cannot be played.


    All my games keep freezing disc and digital, and I can't play them. This is outrageous, I haven't even had my xbox for 2 years and it isn't performing well. I'm not gonna pay almost $160 dollars to get it looked at and see what's wrong. I have supported
    xbox for many years and after finding out how much it would cost to have it looked at, I'm not sure anymore about xbox products.

    Purchased game cannot be played

    I've had this issue before as well, usually what I do to fix this is log out before promptly logging back in and trying to launch the game again. If this does not fix your issue then I suggest doing a hard reset on your console.

    1. Power down your console.

    2. unplug it from the wall, then re-plug it back in after waiting 30 seconds.

    3. Start it up and sign in.

    If you are part of the preview program as I am, this seems to be a common bug that occurs with the beta update for the dashboard.

    hello

    My Xbox keeps freezing during games is an Xbox one s and every time i try to play the division or forza horizon 3 the game will freeze and the game will quit or the Xbox will turn off entirely. Im pretty annoyed with this as I cannot play my expensive games
    for more than 15 minutes.

    Thanks for all the answers! I did try the guide that Hassassinade linked and since i cannot remove my storage device and reproduce the freezing since all the freezing only starts during time i play on LIVE or play a downloaded game such as the game Crysis
    which i just realized freezes sometimes in the menu i will probably send the xbox to be repaired

    Game is great and would recommend but cannot as it freezes the Xbox constantly. Stay away as the game is currently broken.
